About me

I had always wanted to be healthy and fit but was raised in a family that ate whatever they wanted, whenever they wanted. I was scared and anxious to go to the gym by myself and it took me a long time to feel comfortable in a gym.

I started going to the gym consistently, learning about nutrition and the importance of resistance and weight training. I lost 20 kilograms through changing lifestyle habits, working through mental blocks and started to become more confident.

Mental health is just as if not more important than physical health! I do what I do to help others become stronger mentally as well as physically! I want to help others overcome their fears and anxieties, become healthier, fitter and feel empowered and confident!
