I come from a sporting background, having coached premier U18's winners in Netball. I have a passion for living a healthy and active lifestyle. I have achieved a personal weight loss of over 66kgs and my goal is to pass on my knowledge onto others to help them achieve their goals. I also specialise in pre & postnatal training.
My aim is to influence positive change in every person I meet and to encourage health and well being to everyone. Thank you for becoming part of my (our) journey. I can't wait to join yours.
