I have been a Personal Trainer since 2011. I train in everything from weight loss to rehabilition, sport specific training and so on. I am a motivated and driven, and I want to see you get the best results.

HIIT Training is my speciatlity as it is one of the best sources of weight loss out there. I'm good at it, because I'm passionate about it. Plus, I have a story to share with clients when it comes to weight loss. Because I've been there, I know what it takes.
