A flowing dynamic and energetic class to strengthen and tone your whole body, you’ll probably even sweat! Bring attention to your breathing while performing, standing, sitting and kneeling poses outside by the pool.

An early morning class that will leave you feeling energised and uplifted, ready to take on the day.

This class is held outside by the 50m pool. Please meet by reception.
