Warm Water Exercise

This warm water exercise session is capped at 20 places. Please listen to any instructions provided by the lifeguards. There are no change room facilities available, only toilets.

Warm water exercise benefits
 
  • The buoyancy of the water supports the body, taking the weight off inflamed and painful joints.
  • The warmth of the water helps tight joints to loosen up and relax, easing soreness and soothing any pain.
  • This session is self managed, and is capped at 20 to meet health requirements.
