Step it Up

 
A great conditioning session targeting the whole body and the cardio vascular system. Designed to get the legs pumping and the upper body working and the core engaged. This class boosts your energy and burns calories at the same time. 
 

Benefits

  • Using the step can be a good low impact weight-bearing exercise or alternatively used for muscular conditioning and strength.
  • You can adjust the step's height and the intensity of your workout to suit your requirements. The intensity level depends on how high you make the step and the type of movements involved. For the lowest intensity, put the step flat on the floor. To make it more intense, add risers that raise the step's height.
  • Muscular endurance, coordination and agility are also benefits of this session.
