Red Zone

Enter the red ❤️ This 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class is designed to spike your heart rate and keep it there. You’ll rotate through fast-paced cardio intervals using rowers, air bikes, and SkillUps - combining explosive power with short recovery windows to maximise output.

Held on the gym floor, Red Zone is all about pushing limits, building aerobic capacity, and torching serious calories - guaranteed to leave you breathless (in the best way).

Wednesdays and Fridays | 6am
