Are re you are new to cycle classes and would love to join in, but you feel nervous about attending that first session?
Pop in to an intro class where our instructor will give you information and demonstration on the basic moves and techniques used in the sessions.
Come as many times as you wish, then when you are ready, go and join the full session.

- Learn all about the My Wellness app
- Practice pushing pedals to the music tempo
- Play with the resistance levels for the different challenges of the ride
- Try a few tracks to get the feel and flow of the session
