Are you are new to group fitness?
Would you love to join our classes, but feel nervous about attending that first session? Then pop in to the intro classes where we give you information and demonstration on the basic moves and techniques used in the different sessions.
Come as many times as you wish, then when you are ready, go and join the full session.
