HIITSTEP

HIITSTEP is a NEW and innovative HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a STEP it is challenging but also fun at the same time! Burn up to 400 calories then continue to burn more due to the afterburn effect. Improves power speed agility and endurance. No coordination required.
