In this 30-minute class, you'll alternate between explosive sprints or runs on the Skillrun machines and active recovery periods of walking or light jogging. It's a killer combo to torch fat, boost your cardiovascular fitness, and build strength—all while having fun!
HIIT & Run is held on our buzzing gym floor, led by our Fitness Coaches who’ll keep you motivated and push you to reach new heights. The small group setting adds an extra dose of accountability and camaraderie to keep you moving and grooving!
