Grit

The short sharp demanding exercises combine weightlifting, runningand plyometrics for a full body workout. Increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power.
 
This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
