GymFit is an extremely popular, 30 minute circuit style workout thats held on the gym floor and run by our experienced Gym Instructors. It's a fun, fast and effective workout.
Choose from:
- GymFit Cardio (GymFit - C) designed to increase power, speed and stamina by using the skillmill, bike, rower and plyo box for you
- GymFit Strength (GymFit - S) a mixture of free weight & body weight compound exercises, to help build your strength with little rest in between.
Places are limited in GymFit but don't fret, we have
MetaPWR on the timetable which is a very similar style class held in the group fitness studio. Book in as usual.
