Gymfit has been an extremely popular program and many of our members have been requesting more classes. Well, you asked and we listened. We have introduced a 30 minute circuit style class that uses the skill mill, the bikes and rowers for you cardio bunnies
(GymFit - C) as well as a mixture of resistance exercises to build your strength
(GymFit - S). It's a fun, fast and effective work out.
Places are limited in GymFit but don't fret, we have
MetaPWR on the timetable which is a very similar style class. It's a
resistance workout combining bodyweight and weighted compound exercises with little rest. Book in as usual.
As well as scheduled timetabled classes, you can do Gymfit on demand through Team Beats. Just ask a Gym Instructor in a bright green t-shirt for a hand.
