Gymfit has been an extremely popular program and many of our members have been requesting more classes. Well, you asked and we listened. We have introduced Gymfit 30 which is a 30 minute circuit style class that uses the skill mill, the bikes and rowers for your cardio component as well as a mixture of resistance exercises to build your strength. It's a fun, fast and effective work out.
