Gymfit has been an extremely popular program and many of our members have been requesting more classes.
Well, you asked and we listened. We have introduced a 30 minute circuit style class that uses the skill mill, the bikes and rowers for you cardio bunnies (GymFit - C)
as well as a mixture of resistance exercises to build your strength (GymFit - S)
. It's a fun, fast and effective work out.
As well as scheduled timetabled classes, you can do Gymfit on demand through Team Beats. Just ask a Gym Instructor in a bright green t-shirt for a hand.
