Body Step

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of Body Step – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. 🍑

In a Body Step workout, you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout!

Our awesome instructors will coach you through the workout, providing heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful. You can adjust the step height and intensity to suit your fitness level. For the lowest intensity, put the step flat on the floor. To make it more intense, add risers.

Burn up to 540 calories, and leave the class buzzing with satisfaction! 🐝

Benefits

  • Using the step can be a good low impact, weight-bearing exercise or alternatively used for muscular conditioning and strength
  • Adjust the step's height and the intensity of your workout to suit your requirements.
  • Build muscular endurance, coordination and agility.

Sessions
