Body Attack

BODYATTACK® is a high-energy, sports-inspired cardio workout that builds strength, stamina and functional fitness - the kind you use every day.

Expect a mix of athletic moves like running, lunging and jumping, paired with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. With upbeat music and motivating instructors, you’ll push your limits, burn serious calories and finish on a high.

Our instructors will provide low-impact options, so you can tailor the workout to your fitness level and build up at your own pace.

Class runs for 55 minutes.
