Have you met Juan?

If not, you've definitely heard him! This Brazilian babe brings big decibel energy to the gym floor, alongside his contagious positivity and crackin’ smile! 

Juan’s journey into fitness started when he was a young kid, grappling with being the smallest in school. Unsurprisingly, it took a toll on his mental health. But instead of letting the external voices define him, Juan chose to believe in his worth and prove the naysayers wrong.   

Through weightlifting and a commitment to fitness, he sculpted the strong, confident man he is today. He then went on to study a Bachelor of Physical Education and, after 11 years of experience, and many hops, skips and jumps across continents, he’s since become one of ARC's most beloved coaches, particularly among his gym floor class gang.   

Juan is passionate about helping others overcome their own mental barriers, using fitness as the catalyst for change. Fluent in four languages, he loves connecting with our diverse members on a deeper level.   

Beyond the gym, Juan is a true creative. Whether he’s modelling (insert Blue Steel emoji), running his fashion side hustle, skateboarding, or diving into his artwork, he’s always exploring new ways to express himself. Oh, and did we mention he used to rock out in a band called Everest? Yeah, he’s that cool. 🎸
