Have you met Abbey?Â
Abbeyâs been into sport her whole life. Growing up in Albany (where sport is practically a religion), she played everything from soccer and footy to volleyball and basketball. With a strong sporting culture around her and older siblings leading the way, fitness was always part of her plan.Â
At 13, Abbey wanted to be a physio -Â mostly because she kept racking up ankle injuries. That early experience with rehab sparked a passion for injury prevention and the mental discipline behind training. Now she holds a Bachelor in Exercise and Sport Science and focuses on helping people move well, without getting hurt. (Your joints are safe with Abbey.)Â
Sheâs no one-trick pony either. Abbeyâs tackled triathlons, loves strength training and thrives on mixing things up. Whether sheâs working on building her âdrumsticksâ đđŠ” or chasing highs on a swim-bike-run combo, she keeps both body and mind sharp.Â
Outside the gym, sheâs a stand-up paddle boarding, rock climbing, hiking kind of gal. Sheâll happily chat about Tim Winton novels, sketch you something, or play some guitar to unwind. Â
