While the centre is closed, there will be no access for members at any time of the day or night.
Your membership fees
From Monday 16 March, all memberships were put on automatic suspension. This will remain in place until the centre reopens. This will not impact the 84 days that all members are allowed each year for suspension. When the centre reopens, you will have the same days available to you for suspension as before March 16.
Your access band
During the closure your access band will not allow you to enter the centre. When we are able to reopen, your access will be reactivated.

Keeping fit and active
We understand that keeping active is very important to keeping healthy during this difficult time. Our Gym instructors have included a number of work outs for you on the Cockburn ARC app that you can access at any time. They have been specifically created for a home environment.

Can I access the facilities during the closure?
Given that the government has recommended closure of major public facilities, all programs and services have been cancelled until further notice. Members are unable to access the facility, including 24-hour enabled members.What happens to my membership?
Given the current situation, all memberships have been suspended, effective immediately. During the closure, your direct debits will cease in-line with the Centres membership terms and conditions.Do I need to suspend my membership?
Members do not need to suspend your membership or complete any requests to do so. This has automatically been applied to all members.What if I suspended my membership before the closure because of COVID-19?
We understand that leading up to the closure a number of members have chosen to suspend their membership and do not wish to use the gym and other facilities to present the potential spreading of the virus.What is ARC doing during the closure?
Your health and safety is our number one priority, and as part of this commitment we have decided to credit all suspension days applied by members from 1 March 2020 until the closure. This means members will be credited any suspension days used due to COVID-19.
We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation. ARC continues to be a safe workplace, with the team working on projects and improvements that benefit our members and the entire ARC community.
Our casual staff are being supported during the closure, the many employees being redeployed across the City of Cockburn’s services to support our local community.
