How to book in

During phase 2 of Covid-19 restrictions, every member and casual visitor (13+ years) must book into lap lane, warm water exercise and group fitness class sessions online.  At the same time, you must also pay $5.20.

Casual visitors must first do a once off sign up for a free Casual Active membership, then can book in as normal.

If you have booked into a group fitness class, it is the same process, but with the payment at the end. 

If you have not used the system, here are some step by step instructions on how to book in, or watch the video below.



1. Know your member portal login.
Before we get started, make sure you know your member portal login.

It is the email address that you provided at sign up and a password. If you've forgotten your password, or have never used the member portal the generic password will be ARC1 however if this doesn’t work you can call us on 9411 3344 and we can set that up for you over the phone.
 
  • 2. Select a session
    Go to the ARC homepage or group fitness timetable page and select a session that is within the three hour booking window.  If the book now button is greyed out, it means that session is not open for bookings yet. If it is blue, and black when you run your mouse over it, it is available for bookings.




    2. Log into the member portal
    Once you have clicked on Book Now, you will be taken to the member portal. Please log in.



    You can retrieve your password here, or you can call us if you'd like us to reset your password for you.

    3. Confirm your booking and pay for your session.
    Now you must pay $5.20 for your session.


    3. Press submit and complete the process
    You should see a message " Class booking successfully made". This means that your booking has completed. 


    4. Come to the centre 10 minutes before the start of your session.
    Make sure you bring your member band, staff will be on hand to help with retrieving your ticket from the kiosk and getting your session underway.
