Aquathon 2025

Join Aquathon at the ARC for 2.5 hours of aquatic fitness and fun! All fitness levels welcome.

Dive into one of the biggest aquatic fitness events of the year - Aquathon on Saturday 15 November.

Join thousands around the world celebrating the benefits of water-based training. You’ll take on 2.5 hours of back-to-back aquatic fitness led by our instructors. It's a fun, social way to challenge yourself in the water.

Session times

  • 7:30am - 9am | (50m) pool
  • 9am - 10am | (25m) pool

Join one or both sessions and stay for as long as you like (or can manage!).

Bring a friend

Family and friends (ages 16+) are welcome to jump in too. Non-members simply need to pay pool entry on the day.

How to book

Members: book as usual through the member portal.
Non members: book through the member portal - just create a free guest account to join in.

Then head to the group fitness timetable and scroll to Saturday 15 November and book your spot in Aqua Deep (7:30am), Aqua Energy (9am) or join both sessions.

Bring a gold coin donation to join in and stick around for the 10:30am sausage sizzle. Every coin goes to the Cancer Council.

What to bring 

  • Wear a t-shirt or rashie
  • Cover your noggin and wear a hat
  • Bring your water bottle
  • A gold coin for entry and sausage sizzle 
  • The sunscreen is on us!
