Customers are required to purchase an access card at the time of their initial purchase. A replacement card fee is applies if the card becomes lost or damaged
Multi visit passes are non-refundable
Multi visit passes expire 12 months from the date of activation
Multi visit passes can be purchased for a single person or family only
Parents accompanying children to the facility will be required to pay the appropriate swim or spectator entry fee
Aquatic visit passes do not include access to the Warm Water Pool, Spa, Sauna, Steam room or Waterslides
