I understand children under the age of sixteen (16) years are only allowed to access the Warm Water Pool under the following conditions:
Those in Cockburn ARC approved programs in the wellness area area eg swimming lessons and waterbubs sessions.
Those undertaking specific injury rehabilitation exercises that require a hot water pool. A letter from a doctor or allied health professional outlining the reasons for aquatic therapy is required to be provided to staff prior to attending Cockburn ARC to undertake the rehabilitation exercises.
Those with a disability that require a hot water pool. A letter from a doctor or allied health professional outlining the reasons for aquatic therapy is required to be provided to staff prior to attending Cockburn ARC to undertake the aquatic therapy. Siblings who are attending with a child who has a medical certificate as mentioned above are also able to enter the pool.
Entry to the Warm Water Pool does not include access to the spa, sauna or steam room.
A wristband must be worn at all times.
