Bibra Lake Fun Run program

Bibra Lake Fun Run program is suitable for all levels. Whether you have a goal time, or would like to improve your technique, it's so much easier when you run with others.

As part of joining the team, we've set up two weekly training sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm with our fitness coaches to help you prepare for this year's Bibra Lake Fun Run. These will run for six weeks in the lead up to the run, which takes place on Sunday 11 September.

Plus, we’ll be holding a BBQ to celebrate completing the run. We’ll send out further details about this closer to the big day – stay tuned!

How to book in for a session?

1. To book in for a training session, please go to the Cockburn ARC app and book into the class by clicking on the Training Session tile. Please note, bookings will open 12 hours before the session.

You can also set a reminder to book in for upcoming sessions, by clicking 'Follow' under each class. Then when the bookings open for the session, you'll get an alert on your phone.

Consider adding a class with your running training
Here are some options:
  • Cardio Sessions – Bike or cross trainer sessions in the gym. RPM, Body Combat or GYMfit Classes.
  • Strength Sessions – Specific gym program or GYMfit class in the gym. CORE, Body Pump, MetaPWR or HIIT STEP classes.
  • Recovery Sessions – Pilates, Yoga and Body Balance classes are a great way to unwind through the week.
  • Swimming or walking in the pool is another great recovery session to help relieve the aches and pains of rigorous training.

See you at training!

We look forward to meeting you at your first training session on Monday or Wednesday evening at 5:30pm. Meet us upstairs at the member lounge and we'll take it from there.
