Children's Services Cancelled

All Children's Services at the ARC will cease from Thursday 19 March until further notice.

At Cockburn ARC, our first and upmost priority is the safety and well-being for our members and employees. For the past several weeks, we have been closely monitoring the emerging COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation to ensure we are taking necessary precautions and actions as new information becomes available about COVID-19.

As a precautionary measure, Cockburn ARC has ceased all organised children’s programs, as it is not possible to provide an environment where social distancing can be effectively managed.

Children’s programs will cease effective today, Thursday 19 March and the following services will not operate until further notice.

Big Kids Crèche

For customers with a direct debit agreement, your account has automatically been suspended and no payments will be processed. This means that you do not have to cancel and we will advise you when programs are scheduled to recommence.

Why are you ceasing with Children's Services?

Safety is our priority and due to the latest social distancing guidelines we are unable to operate children’s service with appropriate supervision.

Can I still use my Swim ARCademy enrolment to access the swimming pools?

Yes, however you are required to practice social distancing guidelines while in Cockburn ARC.

What will happen with my Swim ARCademy direct debit?

Your Swim ARCademy payments will remain suspended until further notice. We will remain in contact, providing information of when the program is back up and running.

How will we know when your services are available again?

Please keep an eye on this website for updates, however should there be any major changes to the situation, we will contact you via email and text.

If you have not been receiving our newsletters and other correspondence via email, please email us at info@cockburnarc.com.au to clarify the email address we have for you, or to provide an alternative.

If you have ever unsubscribed to any of our newsletters for example, you will not receive email communications from us until you resubscribe. Contact us for assistance on info@cockburnarc.com.au if this is your situation.

When will services be available again?

Cockburn ARC will await notification from the Department of Health.

We will then open when we are allowed to do so, and when we are fully comfortable that the centre is safe for our members and patrons.

What will happen to my upfront payments?

Credit will be applied to all customer accounts for services suspended during this time.
