Join us on the mat to discover the holistic benefits of yoga, cultivating a sense of well-being that extends far beyond the studio.
 
Yoga is a centuries-old practice that promotes physical and mental wellness. Its combination of movement, breath, and mindfulness fosters stress reduction, increased flexibility, and a strengthened mind-body connection.
 
We offer a wide range of movements and props such as blocks, belts, and bolsters that enhances flexibility and balance, and cap off each class with a moment of tranquillity through a short meditation segment.
 
All yogi levels are warmly welcomed.

Sunrise Yoga 🌞

During the Summer months, we take our zen-vibes outside on lawn alongside the 50m pool to relish in rising sun and surrounding nature. 

Unroll your mat, shake off the sleepiness, and let's greet the day with some sun salutations. 🧘‍
