Step it Up

A great conditioning session targeting the whole body and the cardiovascular system. Designed to get the legs pumping, upper body working and engage your core. This class boosts your energy and burns calories at the same time. 

Adjust the step height and intensity level to suit your own fitness level. For the lowest intensity, put the step flat on the floor. To make it more intense, add risers!
 

Benefits

  • Using the step can be a good low impact, weight-bearing exercise or alternatively used for muscular conditioning and strength
  • Adjust the step's height and the intensity of your workout to suit your requirements.
  • Build muscular endurance, coordination and agility.
