Body Pump

Body Pump is the original barbell class that strengthens and tones your entire body - fast! It's the ultimate resistance training workout that challenges all your major muscle groups.

A 55-minute Body Pump workout features ten tracks, each focusing on a different muscle group. You can always expect a good dose of squats, deadlifts, clean and presses, lunges and bicep curls. And, more often than not you'll find push-ups, chest presses, overhead presses and crunches are part of the mix too.

This kind of endurance training is not about bulking up, it is the high amount of reps you perform (around four times as many than if you trained alone), that help burn more calories and build strength to create a lean and toned body, and fast!

Our inspiring instructors and great music will coach and encourage throughout the class. You’ll leave feeling challenged, motivated and ready to come back for more!
