Body Combat

Body Combat is an empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed! This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

A non-contact, interval training based program, mixing combat training tracks with power tracks. Strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to release your inner warrior. You'll be feeling fitter, faster and stronger after just a few sessions.

Just remember to bring a water bottle and a towel (trust us, you're going to need them)!
