Aqua Deep incorporates a variety of cardio exercises using the natural resistance of the water to help strengthen and tone your muscles. It's an ideal choice for those dealing with back, knee, or hip pain.
The class is held outside in the deep end of the 50m pool. If
you're not a confident swimmer, fret not! We provide a handy dandy aqua flotation belt to ensure you stay buoyant in the water.
